This is an easy two step process
You will receive our returns address upon completing the return process. Failure to fill in all the details will delay your exchange. Before returning an item please read the SwimmersMall.com Return Policy below

Log into your account and go to VIEW PREVIOUS ORDERS and click on the order you have items to return on the ORDER DETAILS on the right side. Scroll down and you will find a section at the bottom called RETURNS. Click on the link REQUEST A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA). Select the items you would like to return and then select the continue button.

If you wish to make an exchange...
Please choose an item from the website before you start this process. When you find a product, you would like to receive as an exchange, write down the Name, Size, Color & SKU. You will need this information to complete the exchange process.

Swimmersmall.com is not responsible for return shipping costs. Exchanges are shipped free of charge.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. SwimmersMall.com will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the shipment date. Merchandise must be returned in its original, unused condition, including all original tags. All packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries
